INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Please check your tracking details for more information on your parcel’s location
- All orders must be signed for upon arrival. If your order arrives while you are out, your postal service should leave a slip to collect or rearrange delivery.
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks, check your tracking incase they attempted delivery while you were out and the collection slip went missing
- If you are having issues tracking your parcel please contact [email protected]
International customers please note:
It is the customers responsibility to check the tracking provided and collect orders from depots if the parcel arrives while you are out.
We will not be held responsible for any orders that go uncollected from post depots, or refused by the customer.
If you fail to collect it or rearrange redelivery with your postal depot they should eventually be returned to us the UK. This can take a long time the parcel is the customers responsibility until it is safely returned to us.
Once is returned we will arrange resending it. Unfortunately we will have to charge the shipping fee again to cover the postage. We will email you to arrange this.
Some countries charge additional taxes or fees for imports from the UK. This includes all of Europe (from July 1st 21) because of Brexit. The customer is responsible for paying any additional import costs upon arrival. If the customer refuses to pay custom fees the order will be returned to us, We will not be held responsible for any orders that are refused by the customer until the package is returned to us safely.
We usually predict around 2 weeks for international deliveries but due to Covid-19 and Brexit we cannot guarentee these wait times. Please order well in advance and check the tracking number if it is taking longer than expected. If you are having issues tracking your item please contact [email protected]
Postage and packaging charges
International shipping is expensive because we have to send packages tracked and insured. We try to set the postage costs accurately but due to Royal Mail regularly changing their prices and the way our shop host calculates the shipping on large orders it can occasionally overcharge for shipping. If you think you have been significantly overcharged for shipping please email us and we will be happy to correct this.
